The Approach
While each problem requires its own unique solution, the way in which that solution is formed can be replicated. I prefer to approach most challenges using the ADDIE design model. However, if the problem requires me to use another model like the Dick and Carey model I won't hesitate to use it.
Unsure about the differences between these two models. Check out the links below to learn more. Or look at the visual aids below this section.

Some of my favorite aspects of Instructional Design
Working with Subject Matter Experts (SME). As a lifelong learner, learning new things brings me a tremendous amount of joy.
Working with new technology and software. I enjoy the process of learning new software and then having the freedom to figure out how I can use it to benefit learners.
Interacting with passionate team members. Maybe it stems from my days of playing intramural sports,I have always enjoyed working with people to accomplish a shared goal.
Working with stakeholders. I enjoy the process of taking a stakeholder's vision and turning into a reality. Although a big responsibility, I enjoy the challenge.
